Bil (Dad): A four-day weekend... *hic* I love this country! Billy: He says freedom is what makes America great. Bil: I'll drink as much as *hic* I want! It's a free country! I don't even have to wear pants! Billy: He particularly likes freedom of speech. Bil: @*&% cops! You're gonna hear from my @*&% lawyers!!
July 5, 2000: Billy fills in as guest artist while Brian takes a vacation. Billy: Daddy says it's been a hard year for cartoonists. Bil: Peanuts ... Shoe ... Oh no! I'm next!! Billy: But he's okay 'cause he lives a healthy lifestyle. Bil: Did you clean that apple? don't you know it's covered with germs? Billy: He says he has years of cartooning left in him. Bil: Thel! Keep thos germ factories out of my bubble!
July 7, 2000: Brian takes a much-needed break and lets Billy fill in as guest artist. Billy: Sometimes Jeffy hears Grandpa from the great beyond. Grandpa: So he struck me down, and now I'm more powerful than he could possibly imagine! Billy: He says he gets tips on how to live his life. Grandpa: In my day, I used the Force. I picked up a box, I lifted some rocks, while I stood on my head! Jeffy: Wow! Billy: Someday he's going to hear something he'll wish he hadn't. Grandpa: Jeffy, Bil is your father! Jeffy: No! It's not true!
