July 21, 2008: Kepler: It's the 39th anniversary of the first moon landing. Why haven't we gone back yet? Nix: Why would you want to go back? It's a big, empty ball of gray rock! Nothing even lives there! Kepler: But science... Nix: Science, schmience. You want people to go back? Put a casino up there!
July 23, 2008: Kepler: We could go back to the moon as part of a mission to Mars. Nix: That makes no sense. Landing and taking off from the moon uses more resources than going straight to Mars. There's no rational reason to go to the moon first. Kepler: But I wanna go to the moon! Nix: Well, if you're going to use a whine-powered rocket, you're on the way.
July 25, 2008: Kepler: I still think there's value in going to the moon. Nix: I was there a few years ago. Trust me... it's worthless. Kepler: But see? That was a few years ago! Maye something has changed since then. Nix: Like all those Starbucks they built there? Sorry. Those are the ones they closed. Kepler: Ha ha.
