June 26, 2006: Al: The Christopher Reeve "Superman" movies are what started the modern super-hero-movie genre and here we are, 28 years later, starting the cycle over again. You know what that means? Mitch: Only 21 years until the "Mystery Men" remake? Al: And that will still be too soon.
June 28, 2006: Kepler: The buzz on "Superman Returns" is so strong that there's already sequel talk out on the internet. "Superman Returns Again" will be about a genius supervillain who steals from giant corporations by taking fractions of cents from each of their millions of transactions. Will: This sounds familiar. Kepler: Yeah. They did this in "Office Space."
June 30, 2006: Skip: I'm glad this movie is finally out, Babe. I can really identify with Superman. Dana: Really? Being a trillionaire, I thought you would have identified more with Lex Luthor. What do you think you have in common with Superman? Skip: It's the hair, Babe! Dana: Yeah, that could probably stop a bullet.
