| March 29, 2004: Al: Richard Clarke is upset because he says Bush wanted to attack Iraq after 9-11. Mitch: Who did Clarke want to attack? Al: Afghanistan. Mitch: But didn't Bush attack Afghanistan after 9-11? Al: Are you calling Clarke a liar?
April 1, 2004: Will: There's a group promoting a "TV turnoff" week. Al: Ha ha. "April Fool." Right? "April fool?" 'Cause that's a joke? Turning off the TV? Ha. For a week?! Heh. You can't just turn-- Good gravy, man! Say it's fake! Will: The say TV promotes violence.
April 2, 2004: Mitch: It's almost time for baseball's opening day! Will: Already happened. The Yankees played the Devil Rays in Japan on Wednesday. Mitch: What? America's pastime opened in Japan?! This is an outrage! This is a travesty! This is... did the Yankees lose? Will: Yep. Okay, I'll let it slide, then. |
